Success University is organized on the premise of "provide people the knowledge, and they will achieve". This is proven in the manner in which the company is run. The company begins by teaching classes on business and Finance as well as personal empowerment and development. Such a promise of personal development and growth facilitates the ability to move a person forward in any company they chose. With tools they have available, any one in position to grow in business or personal life will be completely equipped to do so. Simply put this is empowerment through education.
Once some one has enrolled as a student at Success University and moved through the course work, it is possible to earn an income through helping others. Acting much like an admissions councilor, you will give away information, and facilitate personal development opportunities, and in the end enroll students into Success University. This program is a binary payment structure, which holds some requirements. To begin to earn a commission with their compensation plan, a student must enroll at least 2 people, one in each sales team.
At 6 active students in their Success University organization, the sales associate now qualifies for a weekly bonus. This weekly bonus is paid for every sale made on your team, down to an infinite number of levels. However, to maintain commission your team needs to produce until they have achieved the same, or near there for you to continue to be paid. Consistent
recruiting is needed in this program.
Additionally, to continue to receive the commission check you will need to enroll a student each month, minimum, however if you enroll more than that in a given month, they will credit it toward future months regardless of production during that time. To clarify, if you enroll 3 people in one month, and none in the next 2 you have covered that requirement.
A major drawback is that Success University does require you to remain a student, so as you may be getting paid, initially you are still paying more than you will receive in commission. The monthly tuition fee is about 50 dollars. This fee needs to be paid in full every month to receive a commission check. Thus as some one is beginning in their Success University business, they may pay out 50 dollars a month, plus the 150 dollar books and course supplies, and not make that back for a couple of months.
With the binary system the potential is infinite, however it needs to be maintained at a minimum of a 1/3:2/3 ratio. Simply broken down, a client would need to produce at least 3 people on team 1 and 9 people on team 2. With out this steady ratio, you are not meeting your required goals, and your commission suffers. To make back your invested money, your team would need to be at least 60 people deep, split in the above mentioned ratio, and they the commission is a pay out of 400 dollars for one month.
A residual benefit is that all course work undertaken at Success University can achieve maximum benefits in this and other network marketing organizations. This facilitates both personal and financial growth that will pay you back in many ways far into the future. Knowledge is the greatest equalizer available, and Success University has achieved the perfect balance to facilitate growing your existing business, paying your tuition costs, and developing your personal goals with a successful mindset.
